Thomas Strohmer was a corporate client advisor at the Deutsche Bank AG from 1985 to 1989 before going to work for Hermes Kreditversicherungs-AG. After completing a traineeship, he worked as a client advisor and then as a general representative in the Lake Constance region before becoming the manager of the Southern Württemberg branch in 2000.

He was appointed manager of the Northern Württemberg branch in early 2012.

Since 2014, he has held entrepreneurial responsibility for all companies of the see finance group. He initiated the participation in fuchs-fm GmbH as well as the foundation of see finance Consulting GmbH and see finance Schweiz AG.

His experience and knowledge in market and industry he has provided him with an extensive network in the business and finance world.

Michael Eisele trained initially as an insurance specialist before becoming a client advisor in property insurance at Allianz Versicherungs AG. In 2000 he moved to the Allianz subsidiary Hermes Kreditversicherungs-AG and after completing a traineeship and working as a commercial client advisor as from 2002, he managed the Lake Constance general agency.

Michael Eisele took over operational responsibility for see finance GmbH as managing director in 2011 and laid the foundations for the rapid expansion of the company, including in neighbouring Austria and Switzerland. He manages the Waldburg branch of see finance GmbH and, together with Thomas Strohmer, was responsible for establishing see finance Schweiz AG.

Jürgen Arweiler began his career in 1991 after working abroad in France, England and Switzerland at IBM Deutschland GmbH. After Lexmark Deutschland GmbH was spun off from IBM, Jürgen Arweiler was responsible for reporting on risk management and cash management to the European and American headquarters.

He moved to Hermes Kreditversicherungs-AG in 1994, where he took over regional responsibility for northeastern Baden Württemberg (Stuttgart, Hohenlohe, Schwäbisch Hall, Main-Tauber) in 1995.

Since 2014, he has been contributing to the see finance group with his large network in acquiring and advising new and existing clients. Jürgen Arweiler is also active as an advisor to other companies. He speaks good business-level French and English and fluent Spanish and Italian.

His first station after his studies in 1998 has been at attorney Wolfgang Illig in Stuttgart administering companies in receivership, where he accumulated experience in the causes of, issues in and effects of receiverships and insolvencies.

In 1999 he moved to Hermes Kreditversicherungs-AG. After completing its trainee programme and working as a commercial client advisor, he was given responsibility for the Fildern-Tübingen-Neckartal sales area as senior executive branch manager for sales in 2001 before taking over responsibility for the Zollernalb-Rottweil-Freudenstadt region in 2010.

Since 2014, he has been part of the team of the see finance group where he has contributed his market and industry experience to advise new and existing clients. He is also responsible for many administrative and organisational functions of the group.

Dr Andreas Göhl first trained as an insurance specialist before studying business administration in Stuttgart and financial management and investment banking in St. Gallen/Switzerland. During his doctorate at the University of Stuttgart (Chair of Finance / research focus “Finance and Risk Management in Family Enterprises”), he held several positions as commercial interim manager before joining Marsh Germany as an expert in the field of “Credit, Surety and Political Risks” (2009 to 2015) and then moving to Aon Credit International Insurance Broker in the field of “Business Development & Sales” (2016 to 2019).

Since 2019, he has been working for the see finance group as a professional expert and supports the companies throughout DACH-region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) in the further expansion of the group, the advancement of the business model and the support of strategic cooperation partners.

As a acknowledged expert for finance and risk management, he is the author of “Die Kreditversicherung” (published by Verlag Versicherungswirtschaft) and since 2011 has been a lecturer at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in the degree programme “Business Administration – Insurance / Financial Services”. Since 2017 he has been a lecturer at Bundesverband Credit Management (BvCM) for „Weiterbildung für Certified Credit Controller“ (postgraduate training). In the field of credit insurance he writes technical reports, gives interviews, leads workshops and working groups and moderates expert panels, e.g. “Credit Insurance 4.0” under consideration of digital ecosystems, platforms and new technologies (artificial intelligence, blockchain etc.).

Astrid Schneider holds a degree in banking economics (Bankbetriebswirtin) and started her career in 1991 at Kreissparkasse Esslingen-Nürtingen, where she learned the banking business from scratch. She passed through several in-depth stations in the credit department (commercial investment financing) and in the asset customer department and covers the complete asset and liability business in the banking sector with her profound expertise.

After working for several years as an individual customer advisor at Kresissparkasse, she moved to asset management at Eininger & Lehr GmbH in 2001 and worked as a responsible customer advisor and assistant to the management in fund-linked asset management and the handling of projects.

Before taking time off for her children, she was successful as an asset specialist at Allianz Beratungs- und Vertriebs-AG from 2003.

From 2019, she was responsible for the areas of planning calculations for companies, business management consulting for SMEs and process documentation in a tax consulting and auditing firm.

Since April 2022, she has been strengthening the see finance team at see finance Consulting GmbH with her extensive knowledge of the financing segment.

Julius Egen-Gödde began his apprenticeship as a banker at VR Bank Starnberg-Herrsching-Landsberg eG in 2012. After successfully graduating, he moved to the corporate customer division and from then on served medium-sized customers in all financial matters.

At the same time he completed his banking degree and his bachelor’s degree at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He wrote his bachelor thesis on financing alternatives for medium-sized companies.

In early 2020, he built up the German business for an international fintech. In addition to building the brand, he was responsible for the sales team.

Since November 2022, he strengthens see finance Consulting GmbH with his extensive financing experience from the traditional banking as well as fintech sector.

After working as a bank officer and obtaining a university degree, Jörn Volk started his career at Hermes Kreditversicherungs-AG in 1993. After completing a traineeship and working as a client advisor, he took over responsibility for the Stuttgart South – Freudenstadt region as general agent.

He was appointed branch manager of the Nuremberg branch in 2000. He was then appointed executive manager and CEO of the Euler Hermes companies in Switzerland in 2006. Later on, he was given the job of forming Euler Hermes Reinsurance AG in Switzerland in his capacity as a member of the Administrative Board.

After leaving the Euler Hermes Group, Jörn Volk worked as a consultant for see finance and has worked for see finance Schweiz AG in Zurich since 2015.

Following her apprenticeship, Annette Haag initially worked as case manager in the sales department of the machine factory Lauffer GmbH & Co. KG before moving on to Hewlett-Packard GmbH, where she was a case manager in the departments of telephone sales, support marketing and customer service contracts.

After taking a break due to family commitments which was followed by employment at the business and personnel consultancy firm Concilium, she then took over general secretarial and organisational tasks at fuchs-fm GmbH. She is additionally jointly responsible for back office contract administration.

Parallel to this, since 2016 Annette Haag now reinforces the see finance team, where she is also responsible for administrative tasks as well as client and contract administration.

After his studies in Heidelberg he began his career in 2012 with a trainee program at Euler Hermes Deutschland AG. In 2013 he took over responsibility for the regions Rems-Murr-Kreis and North-/East-Stuttgart as a “Direktionsbevollmächtigter Vertrieb” (Senior Sales Manager). One year later his sales area was enlarged as a result of a sales structure reform and he was additionally in charge for the regions of Stuttgart City and Ludwigsburg.

In 2017, he joined the see finance group team as consultant and Head of Sales of fuchs-fm GmbH.

He has been Managing Director of fuchs-fm GmbH since 01.02.2021.

In 1998 he finished his studies of law in Tübingen, Heidelberg and Leiden (Netherlands) with second state examination in law and began his career at Frankfurter Versicherungs-AG (Allianz group) in the consumer business division with managerial responsibility for freelanced insurance agents. Afterwards he moved to the training division, where he trained young employees and accompanied them in their field sales. Parallel he studied “Personalentwicklung” (human resources development) and completed this with a Master degree.

After a short parental leave he started at fuchs-fm GmbH (formerly HRP fuchs GmbH). As Head of Customer Service he is responsible for back office customer service and accompaniment of several key accounts. Additionally he is contact person and adviser for judicial subjects for the whole see finance group.

After graduating from the Rheinischen Fachhochschule Köln, he started a trainee program at Euler Hermes in 2007 and then became a corporate advisor before taking responsibility for the Niederrhein region as Germany’s youngest executive officer at the time.

As part of the realignment at Euler Hermes, he took on responsibility as Regional Broker Manager for various brokers before leaving the company at the end of 2016 to seek a new challenge.
 
He broadened his horizons and gained experience and insights in various industries and positions. In 2018, he returned to the insurance industry, where he most recently worked at Zurich Germany as a senior sales underwriter.
 
Since January 2022, he has been building up the newly founded GGW Kreditversicherungsmakler West GmbH, based in Cologne, as Managing Director.
